We're building a big, heavy machine at our shop in Pittsfield and I can't do it alone. If you can weld, turn a lathe, rig a lift, wire a motor, or just lift heavy stuff and show up on time, come build with us. You get paid cash the same day, we feed you, and after the tools are down there's a fire, chairs and good people.
Mill Days
One set day a week. Show up, work, eat, get paid, hang out.

Who we need
- Mechanical engineerchecks roll size, loads, gearing and frame strength
- Machinist (lathe and mill)turns rolls, shafts and bearing blocks
- Welder / fabricatorbuilds the heavy frame and base
- Millwrightaligns rolls, shafts and gearbox dead square and level
- Riggermoves and lifts heavy pieces safely
- Foundry helpcasting and pouring babbitt bearings
- Electricianwires the motor, controls and emergency stop
- Heat treathardens the rolls, or knows where to send them out
- General laborlifting, grinding, cleaning, painting
- Equipment ownerforklift, engine hoist, trailer, big lathe, plasma table (and other)
